Rainfall Mapper is an interactive VAS tool that helps users explore how rainfall varies across selected areas and time periods. Using rainfall data derived from the Bureau of Meteorology’s Rainfields3 product, the tool allows users to visualise historical rainfall patterns at a 500 m grid resolution.
The tool is designed to support practical exploration of rainfall distribution across farms, paddocks, catchments and regions, helping users better understand where and when rainfall has occurred.
